Your inquiry and privacy

Edificio Vida Nueva uses your name, email and the details you choose to provide to respond to your accommodation inquiry and follow up. They are not used to subscribe you to advertising.

Your inquiry is stored privately and the person handling inquiries is notified by email. Access is limited to the team handling inquiries. Avoid including diagnoses, identity documents or payment details.

You can request correction or deletion by replying to our communication or using the form. Closed inquiries are retained for up to 12 months unless needed for an ongoing request; any subsequent contract processing is explained separately.

A temporary cookie protects form submissions. Map, Airbnb and Booking links open external services with their own terms.
